Discipline

To the one who would seek Me and desire Me I first grant knowledge of Me. This knowledge is the knowledge that leads to comparison and contrast. It’s the comparison and contrast that leads to repentance, yielding, death of the flesh and subsequent growth leading to the fruit of righteousness. This process is called "discipline”.

There are men that are My children but seek not diligently after Me. They seek little and find little. I look into man’s heart and see desire. I know when a man prays according to desire and when he is mouthing words.

You have both desired and prayed to accomplish the perfect will your Father and the answer to that prayer has been yes. But understand, that the moment you desired and prayed for the high calling of My perfect will you also said yes to the discipline required to attain it.

I look in man’s heart to see if there is a desire that is strong enough to stand the discipline.

The weak in desire receive little discipline for it would result in them falling back and turning away to the destruction of their souls. Better to have a child accomplish My good and permissive will and achieve reward at the level of discipline that the desire in their heart can sustain than to discipline all equally and lose many.

But you say, then it’s unfair, for the desire to ask is in one but not in the other. Yet am I not He that said, “delight in me and I will give you the desires of your heart.?” So you see that desire comes from Me to the one that would delight in having desire imparted. And did I not also say that it is "I who work in you both to will and to work for my good pleasure". So also I am willing to take you from the desire to the manifestation. But I who would give you desire am the One who also said, “and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” So while desire is imparted to all who would delight, some shrink back. Some immediately. Some later. Shrink from what? They shrink from the discipline, the price, that must be paid to achieve the transformation and manifestation at the level of desire they are walking in.

I discipline according to your desire. Even the foolish virgin is saved but through fire in that last day. Better to have them with Me than to lose them entirely because they had not within their heart to stand even the smallest amount of discipline.

To desire the deepest desires of My heart and to walk the subsequent path of discipline is to choose wisely.

But do not imagine that it will be easy and without suffering.
